Headed back to the continental US this morning after a couple of days on San Juan Island/Friday Harbor. This marks our last full day in the PNW. And that makes me sad. Really, really sad.

In fact, I may be one of the only people in the Western Hemisphere who’s saying, “Wish it wasn’t Friday” instead of TGIF.

Regardless, here’s a sneak peak at some of the shots I got yesterday while hanging out at Lime Kiln State Park.
During a miserable morning rainstorm, we had the good fortune of seeing a pod of orcas travel past us. We returned in the early evening to find much nicer weather and a couple of sea lions frolicking in the shallow waters just off the coast.
